Just wanted to see if anybody has had a similar experience to me.

Finally completed my NVQ 3 last September,but was waiting to get my files back from the IV.For various reasons it took 9 months for my missing files to be found at the IV's house.

Once i got them back i looked through them and found the following missing:-

Portfolio Reviews

Direct Observations

Unit Summary Sheets

 

When i questioned this with my assessor i got a vague response about them having to be retained for audit.I was never told about this before.

 

Also on closer inspection with my files i have found my IV has not signed any of the forms she should have.Also my assessor has not completed some paperwork.

 

Although i now have my certificate i am abit worried that is has been issued incorrectly.

 

Any thoughts or comments much appreciated.
