Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of returning to my old college to do an NVQ. APparently, I'd need to start at level 2. The thing I'm worried about it that I'll be much older than the others doing the course! How old are most people who NVQ level 2? Thanks L. |

Hi Locko
Welcome to the forum. Age is no barrier to NVQ's. You don't say what the NVQ is in? The level of NVQ depends on the job you are doing and the level of responsibility in that job, there is no "starting point", a middle manager could do level 3 or 4 without having completed other levels. I did my A1 at 55 and am assessing Team Leading, Customer Service, Distribution and Warehousing and A1 at the ripe old age of 60! What job are you doing, how old are you?
