Also if their cultural or religious beliefs are ignored or not taken into consideration, using negative feedback or cruel or belittling comments, this can be discriminatory. It is often difficult to challenge others who are displaying discriminatory behaviours but someone has to make them aware so they can stop it. It is not an easy process as you have to find a training provider who is happy to let you loose on two of their candidates as well as providing a countersigning assessor.<br /><br />Good luck!<br /><br />Dave]]>
